Here it is necessary to emphasize that only TPO from thermoplastic synthetic materials, i.e. materials which under the influence of temperature gain property of plasticity can be subjected to secondary processing and can be formed in various products. Thermoreactive synthetic materials and according to TPO from them cannot repeatedly pass into a plastic state in a type of their chemical nature. Nevertheless such waste from thermoreactive materials can be also exposed to physical or chemical processing with receiving useful commodity products. Besides, the shattered wood pulp from TPO can go for receiving wood chipboards (chipboard). Receiving a chipboard is made by hot pressing of wood shaving with binding substance as which mochevichno-formaldehyde pitch can act. Chipboards can be used for many purposes. Receiving a chipboard is made by flat pressing or extrusion, i.e. expression of composition (wood pulp + pitches from a special extruder (expression of weight through an extrusive head (die). Besides it is possible to receive wood and layered plasticity on the basis of waste of wood. This material turns out hot pressing from the wood interline interval impregnated with synthetic thermoreactive pitches (for example, phenol formaldehyde pitch). Further, from waste of wood it is possible to produce fiber boards (DVP). For this purpose wood is crushed to a condition of thin fiber. There are two ways of receiving DVP:
Each type of waste of thermolayers is processed at strictly certain parameters proceeding from its chemical and physical nature and properties. All equipment for processing is selected specifically proceeding from volumes of processing of TPO and type of such waste.
Example of waste-free production in ferrous metallurgy is the direct reduction way of receiving iron on Oskol Electric Steel Works on the basis of the KMA high-grade iron ores. Application of direct reduction (beskoksovy) technology of receiving steel provided the domestic enterprises with high-quality metallurgical production for a number of years. At the same time such technology is more progressive as does less harm to surrounding environment.
